In 1999 thebookingroom were asked to take over the management of Deutsche Bank's European Roadshow ground transportation. With the Bank's support, a long-term approach was taken and thebookingroom embarked on putting together a highly trained team, as well as building a software solution around exact client requirements.

As a result, we built a system that provided new solutions to old problems and set new industry quality standards.

With this new approach and a unique procurement and management system in place, thebookingroom saw the opportunity to move into the corporate market, with a focus on high service levels. By putting in place a new team and adapting its software, thebookingroom developed a tailored service that focused on the individual corporate traveller.
